ConvexGTP, a bespoke AI chatbot

Convex wanted an AI chatbot solution to help analyse documents and transactional data stores without compromising data security.

The solution, Dr Logic built a bespoke AI chatbot, Convex GTP.
It was deployed privately on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform to protect sensitive data and comply with industry standards.
A custom infrastructure follows Convex’s strict security protocols, adding an extra layer of protection.
AI-driven information retrieval helps to boost business efficiency. Staff can now access crucial data without time-consuming searches, freeing them to focus on more strategic tasks.
Custom features such as data chunking and a link to the company’s knowledge base also enhance its usefulness.

Increased Data Capabilities with Data IKU

Valuable data insights are at the centre of Convex’s decision-making processes. The goal was to use AI to maximise learning from the vast amounts of data they manage.

Dr Logic implemented the infrastructure of Dataiku, a data science and machine learning platform, to enhance these practices.
