We’ll work with you to design the best support package for your company which will include Dr Logic engineers at the end of a phone as well as checking your systems remotely, visiting your office regularly or permanently based there. But however we provide this support, it will always be fast, friendly and informed – based on expert knowledge and expressed in language you can understand.
IT Helpdesk and dedicated IT Engineer
Dr Logic is more than just an IT helpdesk for when things go wrong. Prevention is better than cure, so our aim is to get your IT fit and healthy to minimise problems and disruption. We then work with you to understand your needs, help you plan for the future and leverage your IT to improve the overall efficiency of the business.
Our Helpdesk and team of Technical Consultants work hand in hand to ensure your specific issues are dealt with and resolved quickly. You’ll have a dedicated engineer who will get to know your set-up and your team and will be a single point of contact for you and your teams to liaise with. They’ll make regular visits to your office to make sure everything is working as it should and to provide on-site support or training and discuss future plans.
Day-to-day, our process is simple, you can request support via our dedicated portal, or give us a call.
- Our Helpdesk will try to resolve the issue, but for more complex problems they’ll escalate it to a Technical Consultant.
- For a business-critical issue which we can’t resolve remotely, an engineer will come onsite. Or for non-urgent issues, it would then be fixed during your next site visit.
Your own in-house IT team
We’ll put together a team of Dr Logic IT Engineers who are based at your office and who, although part of your company in every other way, are employed and managed by us – so you don’t have any of the HR obligations. But, and this is the really great bit, we’ll ensure you’re never short of resource. If any of your Dr Logic Team are away on holiday or illness, for example, we’ll provide a replacement engineer who will have been trained to know your business and IT set up as well as your own Dr Logic Team.
