Apple IT Support
for Business

Morris helped at fairly short notice onboard two Macbooks, and took the time to ensure that they both synched to a different timezone, because I explained that was a potential issue. Our new starter has expressed how smoothly his onboarding went, thank you Morris!

On behalf of the leadership team, we’d like to thank the team so much for stepping in last minute and helping with everything last night. We really appreciate you taking the time out of your day and staying past 6pm to help.

We always get amazing service. The team regularly goes above and beyond to accommodate our requirements.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Dr Logic. The team is always incredibly professional, friendly, and responsive. They take the time to investigate issues thoroughly, keep us informed throughout the process, and consistently resolve problems quickly and effectively. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and their expertise and customer service are second to none. We genuinely value their support and would highly recommend Dr Logic to any business looking for a reliable IT partner.

Amazing and Wonderful help

Always great service, very good communication and fast resolution.

Lukas (and Dominic) assisted me with a laptop problem. Both were polite and extremely helpful and worked patiently (and repeatedly) to resolve the issue I had.  They offered me assistance outside their standard UK office time.  Very good indeed.

Very responsive and helpful working through the request and improving a few other things on the way.

Great service from Morris

We always receive great service, I have been really impressed. Thank you!

Yasmin was super helpful and tried several times to fix the problem. At the end she managed to get to a solution.

A massive thank you for helping us to achieve our Cyber Essentials Plus certification!

Yasmin was really great and always explains all the issues with much patience.

I always appreciate Anton’s calm, logical and solutions-oriented approach to any IT-issue I’m dealing with. A delight to work with.

Good prep by Anton to make this as easy as possible, cheers

Great – super efficient and up and running in no time!

It’s really impressive. I’ve never seen anything like it, to be honest. To go from a CSV with a bunch of URLs to this kind of visibility – where we can filter, download, and act on job data – it’s made a huge difference for our team.

Ayanle really took the time to work out the issue and fix what seemed to be quite a complicated problem.

I have to say that I’ve been extremely impressed by all of you at Dr. L. It’s the best IT support I’ve ever seen.

Super helpful and patient , everything was resolved :)

Super quick and very helpful :)
